The provider is a travel agency, not a tour operator.
Pink Punk Travel arranges and sells tourism services within the scope of a travel agency licence, including activity programs, guiding, itinerary coordination, and mediation of third-party services.
The scope of each order is defined by the offer, order confirmation, and any individual contract.
Offers for stays and programs in Slovakia constitute an activity and guiding program. Accommodation is not part of an organized package travel service provided by Pink Punk Travel s. r. o.
After you order the program, we can mediate accommodation bookings with third parties upon request. The accommodation contract is between you and the accommodation provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Program price and accommodation price may be invoiced separately as stated in your order confirmation.
For offers in Romania (including Transylvania) where the organized package is provided by our licensed Romanian tour operator partner, Pink Punk Travel s. r. o. acts solely as a travel agency — sales intermediary.
The organizer's terms, pre-contractual information, and any insolvency protection apply as required by the organizer and applicable law.
Before booking we will provide the organizer's identity and governing contract terms.
Program activities are delivered by authorized guides or qualified partners as required for the activity type and location. Specific credentials and partners are confirmed in the offer or before the service takes place.
An order is binding after our written confirmation (email or invoice / proforma). Prices are as quoted; payment terms and due dates are stated in the order confirmation.
Late or missing payment may result in cancellation under the confirmed terms.
Cancellation terms vary by offer type and are stated in your order confirmation or contract. Romania packages mediated via the tour operator are also subject to the organizer's terms.
Date or content changes are possible by agreement and may incur partner fees.
Liability for properly rendered services follows applicable law for a travel agency in respect of services arranged. Services supplied directly by third parties (accommodation, transport, partner activities) are the responsibility of those providers unless the contract states otherwise.
Participants must hold appropriate travel insurance and follow guide instructions and activity safety rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Consumers retain rights under mandatory Slovak and EU provisions.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably; consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution where available under applicable law.
